As quantum computing advances, the demand for quantum-safe cryptography becomes critical. We will explore the shift from classical cryptographic systems to quantum-resistant algorithms and the imperative of safeguarding sensitive data in a post-quantum landscape. Topics will cover fundamental quantum technology, the vulnerability of RSA encryption, Quantum Key Distribution, NIST standards for quantum-secure encryption, crypto-agility, and organizational preparedness. The Quantum Algorithms Institute (QAI) will provide resources for integrating quantum technologies.
